Nigel comes from a claimant and criminal law background and became partner in Housemans 1998 when the firm practiced under it’s original name of Houseman and Hails.
Based predominately in Newcastle Nigel is experienced in both commercial and personal injury litigation and has developed a special interest in industrial disease claims and health and safety prosecutions.
Nigel receives a number of referrals in relation to contentious costs issues where his claimant background can offer a unique insight to defendant clients.
Nigel is the Managing Partner and would welcome enquiries in relation to new instructions, both contentious and non-contentious, and career opportunities.
