Colin Wilkie. Partner. Admitted as a solicitor in 1971.

Colin is the partner in charge of the majority of the non-contentious work of the practice. He became a partner in Housemans in 1973, practising then across the spectrum of private client work. Colin is a specialist private client lawyer with over thirty years’ experience. He is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Colin is able to advise private individuals and their families on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and elderly client issues including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Colin also has considerable experience in commercial and residential conveyancing as well as Licensing and Landlord and Tenant related issues.
